Once orders are placed, packages are assembled in 1-2 days. Domestic shipping through USPS is 3-5 days, and 7-21 for international orders.

The jewelry can tarnish if not properly cared for. To prevent tarnishing keep in a dry setting, remove when sleeping and showering.
We are a small business, so returns are reviewed individually, where certain requirements are to be met prior to being returned. As for refunds we try to replace any missing or damaged items first prior to refunds.
